Join us for our new Core Fitness Group Exercise Class with Diane Manni.  This class will include cardiovascular training, core strengthening exercises, and movements to improvements to improve strength and fitness levels.  All level fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers and bring a towel. No registration is required.
