Rich Barlow | Core Fitness Instructor
Rich Barlow became a Fitness Instructor for the HCF in 2015 and teaches the Core Fitness Class. He brings 15 years’ experience as a personal trainer and spin instructor to each client. Enjoying the benefits of yoga, meditation, and running when he lived in Southern California; Rich became part of a team that trained celebrities such as, Bruce Willis, Damon Wayans, Heather Locklear, and Gene Simmons. In 2003, Rich progressed quickly through “Johnny G” Spinning Instructor Training and health focused continuing education workshops. Rich’s enthusiasm for fitness led him to implement a robust spinning program at three Center Club locations: Buckingham, Newtown, and Lambertville. In 2007, Rich joined the team at Cornerstone fitness in New Hope, PA where he created spin, personal and group training programs. Rich’s group exercise program utilizes varied and wide-ranging exercises to achieve cardio, balance, and fitness goals in a way that is fun and beneficial for participants of all fitness all levels.
Sue Baughman | Holistic Psychologist
Sue Baughman grew up in Pennsylvania but has been living and working in Australia since 1986. Sue practices as a holistic psychologist with additional complementary training as a yoga & laughter yoga teacher, energy therapist, & mindfulness meditation teacher. She brings a wise and compassionate presence to individual, group, workshop, and retreat experiences. Sue is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients using evidence based techniques and practices (both mainstream & complementary) that promote self-care, healing, and self-development.
Sue was an inaugural co-facilitator and originator for the HCF sponsored Thrivers! Retreats and one day workshops. Sue has been providing psychological counseling services and Emotional Health & Wellness Group Programs for the past 15 years. Sue is also an accredited teacher with Satyananda Yoga and has been a yoga and mindfulness based practitioner for over 25 years. Sue co-facilitates holistic, psychosocial retreats for people living with cancer, for carergivers, allied health professionals, Aboriginal women, and people living with depression, anxiety, and stress.
Stacy Boop | Core Fitness Instructor
Stacy Boop became a Fitness Instructor for the HCF in 2015 and teaches the Core Fitness Class. She is a certified personal trainer and received her Health Coach Training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting edge Health Coach Training Program. Through her education, she learned a great deal about holistic nutrition, practical lifestyle management techniques, innovative health coaching tools, and preventive health as taught by some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Daniel Benonis | Music Therapist
Daniel Benonis is a board certified music therapist who is dedicated to bringing the benefits of music therapy to a variety of populations. He is a compassionate, genuine therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and devising creative music therapy plans for any and all types of clients. He is an organized individual successful at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong work ethic and exhibiting a positive attitude. In addition to individuals whom are or have struggled with cancer, he has also facilitated music therapy groups with a range of populations including addictions, psychiatric, eating disorder, geriatric, and children with developmental delays. Daniel is also a certified Reiki practitioner and uses this in addition to music therapy where appropriate.
Frank Champine | Meditative Brush Painting Instructor
Frank Champine has worked as an educator for over 40 years, He presently teaches Meditative Brush Painting, Zen Calligraphy and a Japanese style of “lazy” painting he calls One Breath: One Stroke: One Word. In 2003, Frank was diagnosed with breast cancer and met Beth DuPree, MD. During his treatment, he began to study Chinese brush painting. This new experience led Frank to be invited to share his paintings within Dr. DuPree’s book, The Healing Consciousness: A Doctor’s Journey to Healing. In 2013, his work appeared in the book, Placemat Prayers, Mealtime Blessings Especially for the Sick which he co-authored with two colleagues. 2016 his book of paintings and poetry, A Path to Grace: The Trinity in Words and Images was published. Connie Cifelli | Integrative Health Coach
Connie has been an Administrative Analyst for the State of New Jersey for over 36 years. Connie is married with two children, and a two time Breast Cancer Survivor. She calls her first diagnosis with Breast Cancer in 2008 an Awakening. Connie knew that she had many lifestyle changes to make to become a Thriver. Along her journey she has become passionate about empowering others to make healthy lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing. Edye Discount | Pilates Instructor
Edye Discount has been a pilates instructor for over a decade. She offers customized reformer, mat, and chair Pilates. She has instructed classes in geriatric Pilates, in patients with Multiple Sclerosis, and for cancer patients through HCF. Yvonne Fisher | Bowenwork
Yvonne Fisher, owner of Insight Body Therapies in Fort Washington, has been involved in the healing arts since learning reflexology in 1985. She became a certified massage therapist in 2004, then discovered Bowenwork soft tissue therapy and has been practicing since 2005. The results have been so positive and profound that she now specializes in Bowenwork, which compromises about 90% of her practice. Dr. Pamela Ginsberg | Psychologist
Dr. Pamela J. Ginsberg is a Psychologist specializing in women’s issues. She works with women with cancer and other health challenges, life balance, grief and bereavement, stress management, decision-making, parenting, and relationship issues. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Ginsberg helps women take control of their lives by making clear decisions, making and implementing action plans, and taking responsibility for their life decisions. Donna Greenberg has been practicing acupuncture for 18 years and is nationally board-certified and licensed in Pennsylvania. She received her Master’s Degree in acupuncture from Westbrook University. Karen Jayne | Life Coach
Karen Jayne has been a certified professional life coach for almost a decade and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation. She is also the author of 3 Pillows Down. A wake up call from cancer can be overwhelming and yet also an amazing opportunity. Karen supports her clients in finding the silver linings present in this challenging experience, whether while you’re going through it or afterwards. Joan is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour level (ERYT-500) and Mind Body Stress Reduction (MBSR) Educator. She is dedicated to serving and empowering others in their journey through illness to health and wellness. As a three time cancer survivor, Joan understands the importance of holistic healing and is committed to caregiving through the offerings of and education in the healing modalities of Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Nutritional Counseling and the Contemplative Practices of Mindfulness and Meditation.

Diane Manni | Core Fitness Instructor
Diane Manni became an HCF Fitness Instructor in 2016. Diane’s passion for health, wellness and fitness began after her breast cancer diagnosis in 2008. She is not only a breast cancer survivor but most definitely a THRIVER! Diane’s greatest desire is to help other thrivers live a healthy, strong life through exercise and a healthy lifestyle. She is a certified fitness instructor and teaches a Core Fitness class for the HCF. Penny Martin-Holly | Healing Touch/Surgical Coach
Having been healed from breast cancer over 25 years ago, Penny Martin-Holly has made it her mission to help others along their healing journey. She uses special relaxing Healing Touch energy field balancing techniques to relieve the stress of a cancer diagnosis and treatment decisions, relieve pain, headaches, nausea, low energy, and many other symptoms. Penny is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and has been practicing Healing Touch for over 20 years. She practices under her own business – The Angelic Heart. She has received accreditation as a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner through Healing Touch Program and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Penny is an active member of the Bucks County Breast Friends and chair for the BCBF Craft and Sewing Circle, which provides healing totes for new members. Riannon Nicole | Restorative Movement Specialist, Massage Therapist
Riannon is a Certified Personal Trainer and massage therapist. She is a Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and became an HCF Practitioner in 2016. Riannon is fascinated with the symbiotic complexities and inspirational adaptability of the human body and mind. Focused on current research and best practices, she schedules her continuing education as eagerly as others plan vacations. She is passionate about her work, and fueled by a personal quest for healing as well as an insatiable desire to help others using what she learns. Lisa Rogers | EFT Therapist
Lisa Rogers has been specializing in anxiety and depression relief through the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also called Tapping for over a decade. She is a certified Emotional Freedom Technique Therapist and offers a highly effective blend of EFT and Quantum Techniques to provide rapid symptom relief. Part of her unique service employs muscle testing to assess a client’s environmental sensitivities (food, chemical, etc.), which can greatly impact a person’s health. Her expertise is in working with people who have experienced loss, abuse, trauma and traumatic injury.

Brenda Sonnie-Goldman | Massage Therapist and Lymphedema Therapist
For the past 12 years, Brenda Sonnie-Goldman has been dedicated to helping men and women, in a hospital setting, support their body’s ability to heal and be well following breast surgery. In addition to being a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Brenda also holds many certifications that include: Management of Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Mastectomy Massage and Integrated Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Donna Sullivan | Massage Therapist
Donna Sullivan has been an active member of the holistic healing community since the 1980s. She is trained in mastectomy massage, and lymphatic drain massage and can help clients through massage, breathing techniques, guided imagery, and energy work. She has trained at the Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington D.C. and has been using this training in her “prepare for surgery” sessions for HCF.

Cyndie Westrich | Art Therapist
Cyndie Westrich holds a Masters in Art Therapy from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin with post graduate training in counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over twenty-five years of dedication serving individuals and organizations by providing individual and group counseling and art therapy with adults, children, and families in hospitals, schools, and residential treatment facilities. She offers wellness classes and professional workshops, and enjoys lecturing, organizing community events, advocating for children, supervising therapists, and offering wellness consulting for companies. Previously Cyndie assisted patients as a creative arts therapist at Paoli Hospital with Main Line Health in oncology, radiology, telemetry, and ICU. She is licensed as a counselor in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Virginia and has been nationally board certified with the Art Therapy Credentials Board since 1996. She is the founder and owner of C.R.E.A.T.E. in Greater Philadelphia. Cyndie has published many papers and presented lectures on the subject of Art Therapy.
