Wellness Warrior Program
An educational program to empower the patient who is ready to go from survivor to thriver.
Monthly workshops to learn about the subtle changes that one can make to improve their health and well being. Let’s switch the focus from being a Cancer Patient to being a Wellness Warrior!
The evening workshops are held the Third Tuesday of each month.
Making healthy lifestyle changes will empower you to take control of their health, lose weight, gain more energy and have an over all feeling of wellness. The Wellness Warrior program will include discussions on nutrition, weight loss, self care, stress, & healing. Each class will be approximately 1 1/2 hour and will include demonstrations and reference material.
