Core Fitness at 45 – Wed« Back to Events
Join us for our new “Core Fitness” Group Exercise class being offered at 45 2nd Street Pike with Diane Manni. This class will include cardiovascular training, core strengthening exercises and movements to improve overall strength, flexibility and fitness levels. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in our exciting new offering.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers and bring a towel.
