Tracy Kiczales | Individual Yoga Training

After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2014, I was determined to find alternative methods to assist the body’s natural healing process. Discovering yoga, meditation and mindful living have fundamentally changed my life forever. These were essential components to my recovery so I felt compelled to become a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner in order to pass along these beautiful modalities to others.

I believe the journey involved with a regular yoga and healing practice is a very personal one. That is why I come to you to work one-on-one, in the privacy of your own home, where you can feel free to fully express yourself without judgment. We will talk, we will laugh, and we may even cry. It’s all good! Opening up to the process is the key! If having some friends along for the ride is something you prefer, we can work in small, intimate groups and achieve the same results. Together we will find what works for your mind, body and spirit. It is truly my honor to play any role in providing comfort, self-confidence and joy to others in this world through the beauty of yoga.
