Emily Johnson | Holistic Nutrition Counseling
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I am deeply passionate about helping women heal through five pillars of self care therapies. One of the first pillars I will support Thrivers on is Nutrition since it plays such a big role in how one can feel every single day. By educating Thrivers on how to follow a whole foods plant based diet, teaching kitchen confidence, and how to get into a routine each week with healthy food choices, massive benefits will follow. I can consult 1:1, create group workshops, or group programs based on the HCF and Thrivers needs. I can coordinate virtual cooking classes, meal prep Sunday classes, or themed classes based on the season. I can teach how to read labels and ingredients when at the grocery store, or provide a virtual pantry clear out. I absolutely love recipe development and can help create whole foods recipes for the HCF, Viver, or Thrivers.
I will teach Thrivers the other core 4 pillars which are stress management, incorporating mindfulness, movement, and sleep hygiene. I will teach the benefit of having daily rituals and creating space to reflect, practice gratitude, and set an intention for each day. I can teach classes on developing a morning routine, setting healthy boundaries, and how to discover little things that bring Thrivers joy. My ultimate goal is to support Thrivers and the HCF in any way that I can. I plan to go above and beyond to ensure that Thrivers are feeling supported and listened to. I will be one of their many support systems (aka a wellness bestie) and can communicate via email, text, voice note, phone call, zoom, or FaceTime.
Tracy Kiczales | Individual Yoga Training
After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2014, I was determined to find alternative methods to assist the body’s natural healing process. Discovering yoga, meditation and mindful living have fundamentally changed my life forever. These were essential components to my recovery so I felt compelled to become a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner in order to pass along these beautiful modalities to others.
I believe the journey involved with a regular yoga and healing practice is a very personal one. That is why I come to you to work one-on-one, in the privacy of your own home, where you can feel free to fully express yourself without judgment. We will talk, we will laugh, and we may even cry. It’s all good! Opening up to the process is the key! If having some friends along for the ride is something you prefer, we can work in small, intimate groups and achieve the same results. Together we will find what works for your mind, body and spirit. It is truly my honor to play any role in providing comfort, self-confidence and joy to others in this world through the beauty of yoga.
