Core Fitness Class
Cut to the Core: The focus of this class is strengthening your core to become functional and mobile for everyday activities. The class uses a series of movements to build strength and endurance through lower as well as upper body moves and circuits. Targeting your entire torso, including back and core muscles. A strong core leads to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. This class is a wonderful complement to all group fitness classes.
