Zumba Group Class
Zumba is a Latin dance inspired fitness program, including salsa, hip-hop, mambo, meringue, and martial arts. A combination of dance and aerobic moves create an active workout. A series of songs are played in which participants dance over the period of one hour. Zumba is a fun and exciting way to get in shape! Instructor Donna Harris leads the Zumba classes and creates a fun road to fitness.
